If you enjoyed book 1, The Hunger Games, you will definitely enjoy book 2 because, well, it’s basically the same book. If it wasn’t obvious enough how book 1 was going to end, it should be pretty clear in book 2. The only person who doesn’t actually seem to have a clue about what is going on is Katniss. Maybe that is just good writing by the author.
Because book 2 was basically like book 1, it took me a fair bit longer to read as there was nothing I was anxiously anticipating, since I had a good idea what was going to happen. Still, there is no reason to stop reading now.
